“The me of yesterday, the me of today, the me of tomorrow
(I’m learning how to love myself)
With no exceptions, it’s all me…..”
~BTS (Song Title: Answer: Love Myself)
Have patience with yourself. You’re precious. Sometimes your mind will lie to you; take a short break, a breather, but don’t forget to see where you came from and how much you have already accomplished. You are a warrior, be proud of yourself, and know this is only the start of your journey.
Cracks mean you have lived, not that you are broken. I hope that you remember this as you go about your day and hold your head a bit higher today.
“Light Through The Dark. ”
I can’t say the hardships will slow down, I really can’t.
Cry if you must, let your feelings out.
Give up once in a while, but for every step along the way, make sure to know that there is still a light that will remain.
That light may be as small as a candle or flashlight and you can only see it through a keyhole at times, but by your side it will be.
Hold on sweetheart;
until you can see the light through the dark.
When you do, it can seem scary after being in the dark with only that keyhole light.
I want you to know; that light just opened up a fantasy world.
Embrace it with everything that you have left in you.
That is where your dreams become reality.
I believe wholeheartedly in the saying that a dark storm will bring a beautiful rainbow if an individual persists through the dark times.
The “storm” may seem like it is relentless and has the darkest clouds you have even seen, but eventually it will make way for a beautiful rainbow. Persistence and optimism is the key. It is not easy, but it is the path that leads to a beautiful sight.
The new year is a good time to evaluate what you would like to accomplish moving forward.
“If you cry because you miss the sun, your tears will not let you see the moon.” –Rabindranath Tagore
Lately; blogging, art, writing, and photography have been my solace.
I recently (starting at the end of October), began art, and have found it to be therapeutic. I may incorporate it into the blog as I begin to learn more.
Finding a hobby, both matter how stressed you are if an important lesson to learn. It will you cope with the day-to-day stresses of your life.
Life can translate into many things, but much like the arts, its interpretation is up to the audience. The individual going through the cycle decides whether they see the beauty of what has become of the past or fall victim to the call of demons left behind.
What is your interpretation?
