Manifest the Unknown

Manifest the Unknown

Sometimes the hardest part of finding yourself is stepping into the unknown. The unknown can be intimidating. It will ward off the weak at heart, challenge the strong-willed, and find the warriors.

Let yourself be a warrior.

It will feel cumbersome at times, but the courage it takes for that first step can transform a person. Let valor wash over you like a mid-summer night’s breeze.

Think of the fear of change and the unknown as a solid mass and courage as water. Water will take time to chip away at the mass until a valley is present, but there is a promise that the valley is in the works. Likewise, it will take time for the valley of hope to manifest out of the unknown mass but courage can create a miracle.

It is time to manifest the unknown.

A bit of peace

A bit of peace

Finding a bit of peace in such a busy and hectic world is also very important for one’s well-being.

One of my “pieces” is animals.

It doesn’t take much to find a shred of peace. It could be a minor element to those looking from the outside;in; but to you, it is relaxing. It calms you down in stressful times. Remember to take time for yourself.

Finding the right doctor(s)

Finding the right doctor(s)

Finding the right doctor can be a challenge. It took me 6 years to finally find a team of doctors that is right for me. I had to go through the ones that could care less about their patients and only cared for money.

It is not fun having to go through the bad ones, but if you stay diligent about finding the right fit, I promise it will seem as if a weight is lifted from your shoulders.

It may take months or even years of trial and error, but eventually it will come together like a finished jigsaw puzzle.

Part of battling invisible illness is finding what helps you discover even a piece of peace. Music is a very common one. An example of a song that I personally connect with is Numb by David Archuleta. This song talks about how everyone deserves to feel the sunshine but it also says “I am not there yet but I know I don’t want to feel Numb.”

Admitting that you are not there yet is a huge part of getting there. Dark times WILL happen.

The darker the storm, the brighter the rainbow. 💚

Always remember that it is ok to not be ok. 💜

I have appointments tomorrow and testing. It is hard on days like this.

Just keep fighting. The world works in mysterious ways for those that move forward through hard times. Find a bright side to everything, even if it is the smallest of things.

For example, I love the beach near this clinic and the restaurants have “to-die-for” food.
